About FitnFix Auto in Moordown, Bournemouth

FitnFix Auto has been based on Malvern Road in Moordown since 2008, working on cars and vans from across Bournemouth, Poole, and Christchurch. What started as a small local workshop has grown into a fully equipped garage, but the way we work with customers hasn’t changed. We still believe a garage should be straightforward to deal with, and that’s the standard we hold ourselves to every day.

Straightforward service

We never book a car in without speaking to the owner first. It’s a simple habit, but it means you always know what’s happening with your vehicle, what it will cost, and why the work is needed. There are no surprises on the invoice and no pressure to agree to anything you’re not comfortable with.

Fully equipped for whatever your car needs

Our workshop covers two MOT bays and five ramps, along with four-wheel laser alignment and an off-vehicle DPF cleaning machine, so most jobs can be handled on-site rather than sent elsewhere. The team includes ten qualified technicians, including those qualified to work on EVs and hybrids, reflecting how many electric and hybrid vehicles now come through our doors.

We’re recognised by Trading Standards, Trust My Garage, the IGA, HEVRA, and SERMI, which gives customers an independent check on how we operate rather than just taking our word for it.

Collection, delivery, and courtesy cars

If you need your car collecting or dropping off, we can arrange that too, and a courtesy car is available for anyone who needs to keep moving while their vehicle is with us.
